Refund policy
Because all GameDay Lobby products are custom-made to order, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once production has begun.
Custom Products
Each item is produced specifically for your order — including custom names, school logos, colors, or designs. For this reason, we cannot resell or restock custom merchandise.
Order Accuracy
Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all mockups, proofs, sizes, and order details before production begins. Once approval is given, the order moves directly into production.
Mistakes or Defects
If an item arrives with:

Incorrect design

Wrong size or color due to our mistake

Damaged or defective product
GameDay Lobby will remake the item or issue a refund, at our discretion, at no additional cost. Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery with photo evidence to info@gamedaylobby.com
Shipping Issues
GameDay Lobby is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, incorrect addresses provided by the customer, or lost packages once marked delivered. However, we will assist in filing carrier claims when applicable.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds or replacements will not be issued for:
