Shipping policy
At GameDay Lobby, all products are custom-made to order. Please review the shipping timelines below before placing your order.
Production Time
All orders require up to 7 business days for production. This includes printing, embroidery, quality checks, and packaging. Production time begins once payment is received and final design approval is confirmed.
During peak seasons or large bulk orders, production times may extend slightly. If this occurs, customers will be notified in advance.
Shipping Time
Once your order has completed production, it will be shipped via a third-party mail carrier. Shipping transit time depends on the carrier selected and destination address. Typical delivery times range from 2–5 business days, but may vary.
Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order size, weight, and destination.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. GameDay Lobby is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Shipping Delays
GameDay Lobby is not responsible for delays caused by mail carriers, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control. However, we will assist customers in tracking shipments when needed.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If a package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery notification so we can assist in filing a carrier claim or arranging a resolution.
